Last updated: 22 October 2026

The best Honda CG 150 accessories to buy first are a crash guard, a disc lock, a proper cover and a phone mount, in that order, followed by gloves and a rain suit if you ride daily. Keep everything bolt-on and reversible while your Atlas Honda warranty runs: the official warranty terms exclude damage caused by owner modifications, non-genuine parts, extra electrical load and self-made wiring changes. Stock tyre sizes are 2.75-18 front and 90/90-18 rear, tube-type, per Atlas Honda's CG150 page. Louder silencers, flashing lights and bore-ups are where most owners get into trouble with the law, the warranty, or both.

Key takeaways

  • Day-one kit: a crash guard, a lock and a waterproof cover come first; add gloves, a phone mount, chain lube and a rain suit if you ride daily, and luggage only when you tour.
  • Fitment: PakWheels reports the CG150 engine appears identical to the CB 150F's, but the frame, tank, seat and headlight are CG150-specific. Never assume a CB 150F accessory fits; check mounting points first.
  • Warranty-safe: clamp-on, strap-on and genuine Honda bolt-on items. Warranty-risky: anything wired into the harness, non-genuine replacement parts, exhaust changes and engine work.
  • Tyres: 2.75-18 (42P) front, 90/90-18 (51S) rear, tube-type. Any replacement needs at least the same load and speed rating.
  • Law: Punjab's vehicle noise limit is 85 dB(A), flasher and HID lights are banned, and altering a bike so its registration particulars are wrong must be reported within 14 days (Section 33, Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965).
  • Load limit: Atlas Honda's specification sheet gives a maximum load of 150 kg, so luggage plus rider plus pillion adds up faster than you think.

Written by Rooh Ullah of Bike Markaz: we sell motorcycle helmets, accessories, spare parts and oils online, with nationwide courier delivery, cash on delivery and a seven-day size exchange. We do not sell motorcycles, crash guards or most of the riding gear below, and we say which items we stock and which we do not.

Disclaimer: Prices are approximate, checked in September 2026, and can change. Bike Markaz prices are our own current listings; other prices are from the dealer or seller pages linked beside them. This guide is general information, not legal advice. Traffic rules differ by province, so confirm with your local traffic police and Excise office.

What Are the Must-Have Honda CG 150 Accessories?

Honda CG 150 fitted with accessories: crash guard, tail box on a rear rack, tank pad, handlebar phone mount and seat cover, parked on a sunny street

The CG150 is a Rs 449,900 to Rs 459,900 motorcycle (our CG 150 price guide has the colour-by-colour list), launched by Atlas Honda in July 2025. That is a lot of money to leave unprotected, and replacement parts are not cheap. Honda Zone, a Honda parts dealer, lists these genuine CG150 parts (checked September 2026, Honda Zone CG150 parts):

Genuine CG150 part Dealer listing price
Fuel tank (Green) Rs 20,000 (Rs 21,000 before discount)
Fuel tank (Red) Rs 19,500
LED head light Rs 38,500
Meter complete (speedometer) Rs 34,500
Muffler / silencer with cover Rs 12,000
Front fender (Chrome) Rs 3,500
Side mirror set Rs 1,500

Dealer prices, approximate, checked September 2026, can change.

One tip-over in a parking lot can bend a lever, scratch the tank and crack a mirror. That is why the first accessories on this list are protective, not cosmetic. Here is the order we would buy must have accessories for bike owners in the CG150's price bracket:

Priority Accessory Why it comes first Bike Markaz option
1 Helmet (rider and pillion) Legal requirement and the only thing protecting your head See our helmets and the helmet guide for CG 150 riders
2 Crash guard Protects engine covers, tank and legs in a low-speed fall Not stocked; see the crash guard section
3 Lock Cheap insurance for a Rs 4.6 lakh bike REGO Racing Motorcycle Shackle Lock, Rs 2,500; see the security section

7 Rain suit Monsoon commuting Not stocked
8 Tank pad and seat cover Protect paint and seat from wear Not stocked
9 Tail bag or rack Carrying capacity Not stocked; see the touring section for the genuine carrier
10 Mirrors Only if the stock ones break or do not suit you side mirror set for the CG150 and CB150F, Rs 1,000; genuine set about Rs 1,500 at Honda Zone

Bike Markaz prices for the phone mount, gloves and mirrors checked 22 October 2026; the lock price checked September 2026. Prices can change.

If you want the general list for every bike, not just the CG150, our bike accessories price guide covers it. This post stays focused on what fits and suits a CG150 specifically.

Before You Buy: How CG 150 Fitment Works

Most "fits CG150" claims you see online are guesses, because the bike is new and the aftermarket is still catching up. Three facts help you judge them:

  1. The engine is shared with the CB 150F, per PakWheels. PakWheels' launch report says the CG150's engine "appears identical to the 150cc OHC engine used in Honda's CB150F, including the balancer shaft" (PakWheels). Atlas Honda's own pages list the same 149.2cc displacement, 57.3 × 57.8 mm bore and stroke and 9.1:1 compression for both bikes (CG150, CB150F). Honda Zone also lists several parts as shared, such as the head top cover packing, main stand spring and rubber muffler mount "for CB150F & CG150".
  2. The rest of the bike is different. The CG150 has its own tank (11.4 litres against the CB 150F's 13.0), its own seat, headlight, rear carrier and fenders, and a different front tyre (2.75-18 against the CB 150F's 80/100-18). A CB 150F crash guard, tank pad, seat cover or tail rack may not line up.
  3. Frame mounting points decide fitment. Crash guards and racks bolt to specific frame or engine-mount bolts. If the holes are not in the same place, a seller's "universal" bracket will be forced to fit, and that is how guards end up loose or touching the exhaust.

Our rule: for anything that bolts to the frame or engine, ask the seller for a photo of it fitted to an actual CG150, or buy through an Atlas Honda dealer. For clamp-on items (phone mounts, bar-end mirrors), the thing to check is handlebar diameter; our clamp-on items are made for 22 mm bars, which we have not measured on a CG150, so check yours with a measuring tape or vernier before ordering.

Crash Guard for CG 150: Is It Worth It and Will It Fit?

Black tubular crash guard bolted to the frame of a Honda CG 150, protecting the engine

A cg 150 crash guard is the single most useful protective accessory for a new owner. In a low-speed tip-over, the guard touches the ground before the engine side covers, the tank and your leg do. On a bike whose genuine fuel tank lists at about Rs 20,000, that matters.

Does Atlas Honda sell one? We did not find a genuine Atlas Honda crash guard for the CG150 in the dealer parts list we checked. Aftermarket guards exist for the CB 150F: one seller lists a "Coated Motorcycle Crash Guard for YBR, GS 150, CB150F" at Rs 3,900 (reduced from Rs 4,200, out of stock when we checked), with a metal bar coated in ABS plastic and a U-bracket mounting kit (Dat Biker Dude listing). It does not mention the CG150. We do not sell crash guards, and we could not verify any guard as a confirmed CG150 fit.

What to check before you pay:

  • Photo on a real CG150, not a CB 150F or a render.
  • Mounting points: the guard should use existing frame or engine-mount bolts, not clamps that can slide.
  • Clearance: turn the handlebar lock to lock, operate the kick-starter, gear lever and rear brake pedal, and put the bike on the main and side stands. Nothing should touch the guard.
  • Exhaust gap: leave clear space between the guard and the silencer or header pipe, which get hot.
  • Ground clearance: the CG150 has 171 mm (Atlas Honda); a guard that hangs low will scrape on speed breakers.
  • Material and finish: thick tube, clean welds, powder-coat or plastic coating (bare chrome rusts quickly in monsoon).

Honest cons: a crash guard adds weight, can bend the frame mount in a hard hit if it is too rigid, and does nothing in a high-speed crash. It protects the bike, not the rider. Pair it with knee and elbow guards and gloves.

Warranty note: Atlas Honda's warranty excludes defects caused by owner-made alterations. A bolt-on guard on existing bolts is, in our view, low risk, but that is our reading, not Atlas Honda's statement. The safest route is to have your dealer fit it at a free service and note it on the service record.

Security: Lock and Cover

Disc lock

The CG150 has a front disc brake (PakWheels), so a disc lock fits it, unlike most CD 70s. We do not stock disc locks at the moment; if you buy one elsewhere, check that the pin fits through a hole in your disc (look at the disc and measure one of the holes if you are unsure), and prefer a hardened steel body with a reminder cable. Our own lock is the REGO Racing Motorcycle Shackle Lock (Rs 2,500), a sleeved steel U-shackle lock. The steering lock built into the ignition switch is a first layer only. Our bike lock and anti-theft guide compares disc locks, chains and alarms in detail. Browse locks and security.

Safety: always use the reminder cable. Riding off with a disc lock on can throw you over the handlebar.

Cover

The CG150 is 2,066 mm long (Atlas Honda), so check that a cover's stated length is comfortably above that, and more if you fit a top box. We do not stock covers at the moment.

One warranty trap: Atlas Honda's warranty terms exclude damage caused by polythene or plastic touching hot parts. So let the silencer cool before you pull a cover over the bike, or fold the cover back from the exhaust side.

Phone Mount, Tank Pad, Seat Cover and Mirrors

Phone mount

A mount lets you follow Google Maps without holding the phone, which is both dangerous and a finable offence: Lahore traffic police list Rs 1,000 for mobile phone use by motorcyclists (Pakistan Observer), and Atlas Honda's own safety leaflet tells riders not to use a mobile phone while riding (CG150 Motorcycle Safety PDF). Set the route before you move.

  • Budget: a clamp-on aluminium mount with rubber pads.
  • Touring: a holder with a rain cover and a locking mechanism.

We sell an aluminium phone holder at Rs 750 and a mirror-mount holder with a USB charger at Rs 1,250; message us on WhatsApp and we will check either against your phone before dispatch.

Vibration caution: Apple warns that high-amplitude vibration, especially from high-power motorcycle engines, can degrade iPhone camera stabilisation and autofocus, and recommends a vibration-dampening mount and avoiding long regular use even on smaller engines (Apple Support). The CG150's balancer shaft makes it smoother than a CG 125, according to PakWheels' test ride, but it still vibrates. Our mobile holder guide explains mount types and charging.

Charging: PakWheels' CG 150 page lists a USB charging port. We did not find it mentioned in the Atlas Honda documents we read, so check your bike. If yours has one, use it. Do not splice a charger into the wiring during warranty; the warranty excludes self-made wiring changes.

Tank pad

A tank pad is a thin adhesive or magnetic sheet where your knees and jacket zip rub. It matters more than it looks: the warranty does not cover scratches on painted parts, and a genuine CG150 tank lists at around Rs 20,000. Choose one cut for the CG150's retro tank shape, stick it on a clean, dry, wax-free surface, and avoid cheap adhesives that lift paint when removed. We do not stock tank pads and could not verify a CG150-specific listing price.

Seat cover

PakWheels' test ride found the CG150 seat "comfortable, but not quite on the level of the CB150F or Yamaha YBR" and "slightly on the harder side" at first (PakWheels). A mesh or gel seat cover can help on long rides and protects the original from sun cracking. A genuine replacement seat lists at Rs 4,500 (black) or Rs 5,000 (brown) at Honda Zone, so a cover is also cheap protection. Make sure it does not cover the pillion grab rail or make the seat slippery.

Mirrors

The CG150 comes with two mirrors, and Atlas Honda's pre-ride checklist includes adjusting them (CG150 Motorcycle Safety PDF). Replace them only if they break (a genuine set lists at Rs 1,500 at Honda Zone) or vibrate too much. We sell a side mirror set for the CG150 and CB150F at Rs 1,000; message us on WhatsApp if you want the fit confirmed before dispatch. Bar-end mirrors suit a cafe-racer look; they are usually sold for 22 mm bars, so confirm your bar ends can take them. Whatever you fit, keep two working mirrors. Prices by type are in our bike side mirror price in Pakistan guide.

Safety Accessories That Matter More Than Looks

The most useful bike safety accessories are the ones you wear. Atlas Honda's safety leaflet lists a helmet, eye protection, a jacket and trousers that cover the limbs, gloves, and low-heeled shoes without laces (CG150 Motorcycle Safety PDF).

  • Helmet: riding without one is a Rs 2,000 fine for motorcyclists in Lahore's 2026 list (Pakistan Observer). A 150cc bike reaches highway speeds easily; PakWheels' testers reached 95 km/h "without any trouble" (PakWheels). Our sibling guide on the best helmet for Honda CG 150 riders matches helmets to the bike; browse full-face helmets.
  • Gloves: a pair with hard knuckle protection for daily use. We sell the Super Air hard-knuckle touchscreen gloves at Rs 1,500.
  • Knee and elbow guards: a lower-cost layer if a full riding jacket is out of budget.
  • Visibility: Atlas Honda advises bright or reflective clothing, especially at night. A reflective vest or a jacket with reflective panels costs little.
  • Rain gear: a two-piece rain suit keeps you riding (and seeing) in the monsoon.

Bike riding accessories like these do not void any warranty, and they protect the part of the setup you cannot buy a spare for.

Tail Box, Rack and Touring Setup

Rack and tail box

Atlas Honda sells a genuine rear carrier for the CG150: Honda Zone lists "Carrier Take Black for Honda CG150" at Rs 2,000 (Honda Zone). A genuine carrier is the safest base for a top box because it uses the mounting points Honda designed.

Mind the load limit. Atlas Honda's CG150 specification sheet gives a dry weight of 123 kg and a maximum load of 150 kg (CG150 Specifications PDF). Two average adults plus a loaded box can pass 150 kg. Overloading is also a warranty exclusion. Put heavy items low and forward, keep a top box light, and remember that weight behind the rear axle makes the front feel light over bumps.

If you do not want a hard box, a soft tail bag straps to the pillion seat or rack; look for one with a rain cover. A magnetic tank bag only works on a steel tank; test yours with a fridge magnet first, and use it over a tank pad to protect the paint.

Touring setup checklist

Touring bike accessories for a CG150 do not need to be fancy. For a Lahore–Islamabad or Karachi–Hyderabad run, pack:

  • Phone mount with a rain cover, and offline maps downloaded.
  • Tail bag with water, a light jacket and the documents (registration book, licence, CNIC).
  • Puncture plan: the CG150 runs tube tyres, so carry a spare tube: the front is 2.75-18 and the rear is 90/90-18, so buy tubes in those sizes.
  • Chain lube: Atlas Honda's maintenance chart says to inspect and lubricate the drive chain every 500 km (CG150 Operation Guide). A small can of road chain lube does it.
  • Spare spark plug: the CG150 uses an NGK CPR8EA-9 gapped at 0.8–0.9 mm, per the Atlas Honda specification sheet. Buy that exact code from your dealer or a parts seller.
  • Tool kit check: the stock kit includes 10×12 mm and 14×17 mm spanners, a spark plug spanner and a screwdriver (CG150 Tool Kit PDF). Check before the trip whether it fits your axle nuts; we could not confirm those sizes.
  • Fuel range: the tank holds 11.4 litres with a 2.1-litre reserve (Atlas Honda). At the roughly 35 km/l PakWheels lists (not an official figure), that is around 400 km on paper. Fill up well before reserve on highways with long gaps between pumps.
  • Rain suit and gloves, even in summer.

Which Tyres Fit the Honda CG 150? Sizes, Pressures and Tubeless

Searches for "honda cg 125 tyre size" and its 150 version both end at the same place: the sidewall. Here are the official CG150 figures:

Item Front Rear Source
Tyre size 2.75-18 (42P) 90/90-18 (51S) Atlas Honda CG150 page
Type Tube Tube Same
Cold pressure, rider only 25 psi 25 psi Specifications PDF
Cold pressure, rider and pillion 25 psi 36 psi Same
Minimum tread depth 1.5 mm 2.0 mm Operation Guide

A note on conflicting figures: the tyre page of the Operation Guide shows the rear cold pressure as 29–33 psi, while the service data in the Specifications PDF gives 25 psi solo and 36 psi two-up. PakWheels' spec table lists the rear tyre as 3.5-18, which does not match Atlas Honda's 90/90-18. We go with Atlas Honda's sizes; for pressure, ask your dealer which figure applies at your next free service and check pressure cold, before riding, as the manual says.

What 42P and 51S mean

The numbers are the load index and the letter is the speed rating. Load index 42 means 150 kg per tyre and 51 means 195 kg; speed rating P means up to 150 km/h and S up to 180 km/h (Motorcycle Test Tips tyre markings guide). Any replacement tyre should carry at least the same load index and speed rating. A cheaper tyre with a lower rating is not a saving on a bike that carries a pillion.

Wider tyres

A wider rear tyre looks better, but check three things first: that it clears the chain and swingarm with the wheel pulled back for chain adjustment, that it suits your rim width (ask the tyre maker), and that the height is close to stock. A taller or shorter tyre changes gearing at the rear and speedometer accuracy at the front. Changing tyre size is an alteration to the bike's specification. If you want a wider look, wait until after the warranty, since tyre damage is excluded from it anyway, and ask your dealer first.

Can the CG 150 run tubeless tyres?

Atlas Honda specifies tube tyres. The CG150 has alloy rims, per PakWheels' launch report, and alloy rims are generally better suited to tubeless tyres than spoked rims. But a tubeless tyre needs a rim designed to seal and hold the bead, and we could not confirm from Atlas Honda whether the CG150's rims are rated for tubeless use. Until your dealer confirms it in writing, stay with tube tyres. Also note: a 17-inch tyre such as a 100/90-17 does not fit the CG150's 18-inch wheels, so check the rim size on any listing.

Warranty: Atlas Honda excludes tyre cuts, punctures and rim damage from riding with low pressure, a puncture or on broken roads. Pressure checks cost nothing.

Are LED, Projector and Fog Lights Legal on a CG 150?

What the CG150 has from the factory

Launch coverage describes LED headlights (PakWheels), and Honda Zone lists a genuine "LED Head Light for Honda CG150" at Rs 38,500. Atlas Honda's specification sheet, however, lists a 12V 35/35W headlight bulb and an LED position light. We could not reconcile the two, so check your own bike. Either way, the stock light is aimed and approved for the bike, and Atlas Honda's maintenance chart includes checking headlight focus at every periodic service.

The legal picture

  • Flasher and HID lights are banned on all vehicles in Punjab. Punjab traffic police issued more than 17,000 challans for them in 2026 (ProPakistani).
  • Non-compliant LED bars, strobe and flashing lights are illegal unless authorised for emergency services (PakWheels).
  • Glare is the test in practice. DrivePK notes that aftermarket HID or LED conversions that create excessive glare, or sit in the wrong housing, are regularly stopped (DrivePK).
  • Faulty lights at night carry a Rs 2,000 fine for motorcyclists under Punjab's Motor Vehicle Ordinance 2025, as presented in the assembly in December 2025 (Minute Mirror). A dazzling aftermarket light that fails a check is not a "working" light.

We could not find a published rule that specifically allows or bans projector headlights or fog lights on motorcycles, so check with your local traffic police before fitting them.

If you still want extra light

  • Do not put a "projector" bulb into the stock reflector. A bulb designed for a different housing scatters light into oncoming riders' eyes. That is how you get dazzle and challans.
  • Aux lights must be aimed low and switched off in city traffic. Our NS TF-134 3-LED Fog Light 20W (Rs 2,000) has dual-colour (white/yellow) LEDs; fit any aux light through a relay and switch, and never use a flashing mode.
  • Wiring and warranty: the warranty excludes self-made wiring changes and non-standard extra electrical load. The CG150 has a 12V 6Ah battery and a 35/35W headlight per the specification sheet; two 20W lights add 40W. We could not find a published charging output figure, so we cannot confirm the system has room for it. During warranty, skip aux lights. After warranty, have an auto electrician fit them through a relay and fuse.
  • LED indicators: an LED set needs load resistors to keep the flash rate normal, and it is still a wiring change. Keep it for after the warranty. See lights and indicators.

Can You Change the CG 150 Silencer? Noise Law in Pakistan

Short answer: you can replace a damaged silencer with a genuine one, but a louder aftermarket silencer is a legal and warranty risk. A genuine CG150 muffler with cover lists at Rs 12,000 at Honda Zone.

  • Noise limit: Punjab's Environmental Quality Standards for motor vehicles set a maximum of 85 dB(A) for in-use vehicles, measured with a sound meter 7.5 metres from the source (Punjab Gazette notification, August 2016).
  • Undue noise: DrivePK cites Rule 158 of the Motor Vehicles Rules as saying a vehicle "must not cause undue noise when in motion" (DrivePK). We could not open the rule text itself to confirm the wording.
  • Enforcement is active. In September 2026, Rawalpindi traffic police were removing pressure horns from vehicles and motorcycles and issuing challans (The Nation). Lahore's 2026 list sets Rs 1,000 for pressure horns and Rs 2,000 for smoke emission on motorcycles (Pakistan Observer). We did not find a separate, published silencer fine.
  • Warranty: the terms exclude non-genuine parts and owner modifications. An aftermarket exhaust on a bike under the 3-year engine warranty gives the dealer an easy reason to refuse an engine claim.
  • Engineering: the CG150 is carburetted (its maintenance chart lists carburettor cleaning and it has a choke lever). In general, a free-flowing exhaust changes how the engine breathes and can lean the mixture. We have not tested this on a CG150, but it is the usual reason tuned exhausts need re-jetting.

If a cg 150 silencer rattles or looks rusty, the fix is a genuine replacement or a new rubber muffler mount (Rs 350 at Honda Zone), not a louder pipe.

Can the CG 150 Be Modified? Big Bore, Cafe Racer and the Law

"Can cg 150 be modified" gets asked a lot, usually with a TikTok video attached. It can. The question is what it costs you.

Big bore kits

We did not find a verified honda cg 150 big bore kit from a known maker, and we do not sell one. Before you consider any engine enlargement:

  1. The warranty ends. Atlas Honda's CG150 terms offer a 6-month / 6,000 km normal warranty and an optional 3-year / 20,000 km extended warranty, and exclude owner modifications, non-genuine parts, racing and repairs outside authorised dealers (Atlas Honda CG150, Service and Warranty).
  2. The law requires you to report it. Section 33 of the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 says that if a vehicle "is so altered that the particulars contained in the certificate of registration are no longer accurate", the owner must report it to the registering authority within fourteen days (ordinance text, KP Excise). If your papers record engine capacity, a bore-up changes it. Section 34 also lets the authority suspend registration if a vehicle is dangerous or does not meet the construction and equipment rules.
  3. The rest of the bike stays stock. Brakes, tyres (42P / 51S) and suspension are sized for 11.9 PS (Atlas Honda), not more.
  4. Resale suffers. Buyers pay for stock, documented Hondas.

For the CG 125 version of this question, our CG 150 price guide explains why a bored CG 125 is not a CG150.

Cafe racer and styling builds

A honda cg 150 modified into a cafe racer usually means a flat seat, lower bars, bar-end mirrors, a new headlight and a painted tank. Reality check:

  • Handlebar changes affect throttle, clutch and brake cable and hose routing. The CG150 uses combined braking (CBS), and a genuine CBS master cylinder lists at Rs 15,000 at Honda Zone. Anything that kinks or stretches a brake hose is dangerous.
  • Frame cutting or welding is a structural change. In our view it is not worth it on a warranty-backed bike, and anything that goes near the chassis number invites trouble at transfer.
  • Colour change: DrivePK notes that a full colour change must be reported under Section 33 so the registration book can be updated (DrivePK).
  • Number plates: only official computerised plates issued by the Excise and Taxation department are legal, per the same guide. Skip fancy fonts and tinted plate covers.
  • Weight: Section 33 has one useful exception: you do not have to report a change in unladen weight from adding or removing fittings or accessories if it is under 2% of the registered weight.

Bike decoration accessories such as stickers, grips, valve caps and seat covers are the legal, reversible way to personalise a CG150. Keep the big changes for a bike that is out of warranty, and do them with the papers in mind.

Warranty-Safe vs Warranty-Risky Honda CG 150 Accessories

This split is our reading of Atlas Honda's published warranty exclusions (Atlas Honda CG150), which cover owner alterations, non-standard parts, non-genuine parts and oil, racing and overloading, paint scratches, damage from plastic on hot parts, self-made wiring changes or extra electrical load, tyre damage, and repairs outside authorised dealers. Atlas Honda's decision on any claim is final, so when in doubt, ask your dealer before fitting.

Usually warranty-safe (reversible, no wiring, no engine work) Warranty-risky (avoid until the warranty ends)
Disc lock, cover (after the exhaust cools) Fog lights, USB chargers, alarms or anything spliced into the harness
Clamp-on phone mount LED indicator swaps and headlight bulb changes
Tank pad, seat cover, grips Aftermarket silencer or exhaust
Soft tail bag or tank bag Non-genuine replacement parts and non-genuine engine oil
Genuine Atlas Honda carrier and mirrors Air filter, carburettor or sprocket changes
Bolt-on crash guard fitted by your dealer (our view; confirm with them) Big bore kits and engine opening
Helmet, gloves, guards, rain suit Tyre size changes, frame cutting, racing

Oil counts too. The Operation Guide says to always use Atlas Honda genuine engine oil and recommends SAE 10W-30 (API SL / JASO MA2). Our Honda CG 150 engine oil guide covers grades, quantity and change intervals, and the bike engine oil price guide lists every bottle we sell with its price.

Honda CG 150 Accessories Kits: Day One, Commuter and Tourer

Honda CG 150 accessories kit flat-lay: disc lock, bike cover, phone mount, LED auxiliary lights, tank pad, riding gloves and a helmet lock cable

These kits assume you already own a helmet. If you do not, buy the helmet first. We only give prices here for items we sell or that a linked seller lists; everything else varies too much by brand and seller to quote honestly, so compare a few listings. Prices are approximate, checked September 2026; the Bike Markaz gloves and phone holder prices were checked 22 October 2026. The crash guard price is a third-party listing for other bikes, used only as a guide.

Not listed here: a tank pad and seat cover, which we do not sell and could not find verified CG150 prices for. Budget a little extra for them.

Honest pros and cons of kits: buying everything at once saves time and courier trips, but you will learn what you actually need after a month of riding. If money is tight, the day-one kit plus gloves covers most of the risk; luggage can wait.

Fitting Checklist: Install Accessories Without Problems

  1. Read the warranty booklet first and keep your free service dates: 1,000 km or 1 month, 4,000 km or 3 months, and 8,000 km or 5 months (Atlas Honda).
  2. Wait for break-in on big trips. The Operation Guide asks riders not to exceed 50% of the speed range in any gear, or overload the bike, for roughly the first 1,000 km. Heavy touring loads can wait until after the first service.
  3. Fit on the main stand, on level ground, with the engine cold.
  4. Use existing bolts and tighten them evenly. If a bracket only fits by bending it, it does not fit.
  5. Check every control after fitting: full steering lock both ways, clutch and brake levers, rear brake pedal, gear lever, kick-starter, side and main stands.
  6. Check cables and the CBS brake hose for pinching at full lock.
  7. Test lights, horn and indicators before riding; Atlas Honda's pre-ride checklist includes checking all lights.
  8. Ride slowly around the block, then re-check every bolt after 50 to 100 km.
  9. Keep receipts and tell the dealer what you fitted at your next service.

How We Researched This

We compiled this guide on 30 September 2026 using WebSearch and WebFetch, from:

What we could not verify: whether the CG150's rims are rated for tubeless tyres; any crash guard, tank pad, seat cover or big bore kit confirmed for the CG150; the CG150's handlebar diameter and axle nut sizes; the charging system output; whether the headlight is LED or a 35/35W bulb (sources disagree); which of Atlas Honda's two rear tyre pressure figures applies; the exact text of Rule 158 of the Motor Vehicles Rules; and any published fine specifically for loud silencers or projector and fog lights. Where these gaps exist, we have said so above.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the best Honda CG 150 accessories to buy first?

Start with a helmet for rider and pillion, then a crash guard, a lock and a waterproof cover. Add gloves, a phone mount, chain lube and a rain suit if you ride daily. Keep everything bolt-on and reversible while the Atlas Honda warranty runs.

Does a CB 150F crash guard fit the Honda CG 150?

Not necessarily. PakWheels reports the CG150 engine appears identical to the CB 150F's, but the frame, tank and other parts are CG150-specific, and crash guards bolt to frame or engine-mount points. Ask the seller for a photo of the guard fitted to an actual CG150, check clearance at full steering lock and near the exhaust, or have your Atlas Honda dealer fit it.

Will accessories void my Atlas Honda CG 150 warranty?

Clamp-on and strap-on items such as a disc lock, cover, phone mount, tank pad and tail bag should not affect it. Atlas Honda's warranty excludes owner alterations, non-genuine parts and oil, self-made wiring changes, extra electrical load, racing and overloading. So fog lights, USB chargers, aftermarket silencers and engine work are warranty risks. Ask your dealer before fitting anything that bolts on or plugs in.

What is the Honda CG 150 tyre size and pressure?

Atlas Honda lists a 2.75-18 (42P) front tyre and a 90/90-18 (51S) rear tyre, both tube-type. The specification sheet gives cold pressures of 25 psi front and 25 psi rear for a rider alone, and 25 psi front and 36 psi rear with a pillion. The Operation Guide tyre page shows 29 to 33 psi at the rear, so confirm with your dealer.

Can I fit tubeless tyres on the Honda CG 150?

Atlas Honda specifies tube tyres. The CG150 has alloy rims, which are generally better suited to tubeless tyres than spoked rims, but we could not confirm that its rims are rated for tubeless use. Stay with tube tyres until your dealer confirms it in writing, and never fit a tyre with a lower load index or speed rating than 42P front and 51S rear.

Are LED or projector headlights legal on a CG 150 in Pakistan?

Punjab has banned flasher and HID lights on all vehicles and issued more than 17,000 challans for them in 2026, and non-compliant LED bars and strobe lights are illegal. We found no published rule that specifically allows or bans projector headlights or fog lights on motorcycles. Keep the stock headlight, aim any extra light low, never use flashing modes, and check with your local traffic police.

Can I change the CG 150 silencer?

You can replace a damaged silencer with a genuine one, which Honda Zone lists at Rs 12,000. A louder aftermarket silencer is risky: Punjab's vehicle noise limit is 85 dB(A) at 7.5 metres, traffic police are acting against noisy vehicles and pressure horns, and Atlas Honda's warranty excludes non-genuine parts and modifications.

Can the Honda CG 150 be modified or fitted with a big bore kit?

It can be modified, but a big bore kit ends the Atlas Honda warranty, and Section 33 of the Provincial Motor Vehicles Ordinance, 1965 requires you to report any alteration that makes your registration particulars inaccurate within 14 days. We found no verified CG150 big bore kit. Reversible styling changes such as grips, seat covers and bar-end mirrors are the safer way to personalise it.

CG 150 ke liye zaroori cheezein kya hain?

Sab se pehle rider aur pillion ke liye helmet, phir crash guard, lock aur waterproof cover lein. Rozana ride karte hain to gloves, mobile holder, chain lube aur rain suit bhi le lein. Warranty ke dauran koi wiring ya engine ka kaam na karwayen.

CG 150 modify kaise karein, aur kya ye legal hai?

Warranty ke dauran sirf bolt-on aur wapas utarne wali cheezein lagayen, jaise tank pad, seat cover, grips aur genuine Honda carrier. Silencer, big bore kit, frame cutting aur wiring wale kaam se Atlas Honda warranty khatam ho sakti hai. Agar aisi tabdeeli karein jis se registration book ki maloomat ghalat ho jayen, to qanoon ke mutabiq 14 din ke andar Excise office ko batana zaroori hai.
