Terms of service

An order is placed when you complete checkout, or when you confirm an order with us on WhatsApp. We accept it when we dispatch it. Until then either of us can cancel: you by messaging us on WhatsApp with the order number, and we only for the reasons in the next section, always telling you why.

• You must give a real name, a working phone number and a complete delivery address. We and the courier use the phone number to reach you about the order.
• You can change the size, colour, quantity or address of an order at any time before dispatch by messaging us.
• We may decline or cancel an order that looks fraudulent, or that is repeatedly refused at the door.

Every price on the site is in Pakistani rupees and includes any tax we are required to charge. The price of an item is locked the moment you add it to your cart; a later change on the product page does not change your cart. Delivery is charged at courier cost: Rs 217 within Islamabad and Rawalpindi, Rs 274 to major cities, Rs 291 to other cities and Rs 320 to remote areas for the first kilo, plus Rs 141 to 159 for each extra kilo. The exact fee is shown at checkout once you pick your city, before you confirm, and is never added after. Cash on delivery costs nothing extra.

We are a small shop and we make mistakes. If an item was listed at a clearly wrong price, or the stock ran out between your order and dispatch, we will tell you, and we may cancel that item and refund in full anything you paid for it. We will never send a different item in its place without asking you first.

You can pay cash on delivery on every order, or in advance by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. With cash on delivery you pay the courier the order total when the parcel arrives. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once we have verified the transaction ID you enter on your order page; JazzCash and Easypaisa payments are approved on the provider's own page and the order is dispatched once the provider confirms them. An order paid in advance that we then cancel is refunded in full.

We never ask for card numbers, wallet PINs or one-time codes. If you receive a message asking for them in our name, it is not from us: do not reply, and tell us.

We deliver by third-party courier. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates: we dispatch the next working day and the courier usually delivers in two to four working days to the major cities, but a courier delay is outside our control and does not entitle you to a refund on its own. You are responsible for being reachable at the phone number and address you gave us. Unused items with the tags on and the original packaging and accessories intact can be returned within seven days of delivery, and a wrong size is exchanged free of charge. Helmets must still have the visor film in place, and sealed oils and chemicals cannot be returned once opened. Refunds are made once the item reaches us and has been checked, the way you paid. The shipping & returns page sets out the conditions and the process, and forms part of these terms.

Manufacturing defects are covered by the brand or manufacturer's warranty, and we handle the claim for you. Impact damage, crash damage, normal wear and misuse are not covered. We state only the certifications that are printed on a product by its maker; where a helmet carries none, its product page says so. The warranty page has the detail and forms part of these terms.

You do not need an account to order. If you create one, or sign in with Google, you are responsible for what is done with it and for keeping your sign-in details to yourself; tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Reviews on product pages are written by customers and read by us before they appear. We publish honest reviews whatever the rating, and we remove spam, abuse, anything unlawful and anything that is not about the product. By posting a review you allow us to show it on the site and in our own promotion, with the name you gave. We do not pay for reviews.

• Do not place orders you do not intend to accept, use false details, or interfere with the site or other customers.
• The text, photos and artwork on the site are ours or used with permission. You may share links freely; do not copy product pages or images to sell elsewhere.
• Product descriptions are given in good faith from the maker’s information. Fitment of spare parts is your responsibility to confirm; message us with your bike’s model and year if you are unsure.

If something we sold you is faulty, wrong or does not arrive, we put it right: we replace it, exchange it or refund what you paid for it, as set out on the returns and warranty pages. That is the extent of what we owe you for an order; we are not responsible for losses beyond the price of the item, such as time off the road, a missed trip or damage caused by a part fitted wrongly.

Riding gear reduces injury; it does not prevent it. No helmet or protective clothing can guarantee your safety in a crash, and nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee. Nothing in these terms takes away any right the law of Pakistan gives you as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is for the courts of Pakistan. We may update these terms as the shop changes; the date at the top tells you when they last changed, and the version in force when you placed an order is the one that applies to it.
