Warranty

Manufacturing defects are covered by the brand's own warranty. Here is what that means, how to claim on WhatsApp, and what a warranty never covers.

What the warranty covers

Everything we sell comes from the brand or its authorised Pakistani distributor, and manufacturing defects are covered by that brand or manufacturer's own warranty. A defect is a fault in how the item was made: a seam that opens on its own, a visor mechanism that fails, a zip that breaks in normal use, a part that was faulty out of the box. The period and the exact terms are the manufacturer's and differ from brand to brand; where the product page states a period, that is the one that applies.

  • Faults in materials or workmanship under normal use.
  • Parts that were faulty or incomplete when they arrived.
  • Oils and chemicals that arrive with a broken seal or past their printed date: tell us before use and we replace them.

What it does not cover

  • A helmet that has taken an impact, in a crash or a fall. The shell and liner absorb one hit; a helmet that has done its job must be replaced, not repaired.
  • Crash damage to gloves, jackets, boots or any other gear.
  • Normal wear: scuffs, fading, worn liners and padding, scratched visors.
  • Misuse, modification, fitting by someone other than a competent mechanic, or using a part on a bike it was not made for.
  • Damage from solvents, petrol, heat or storage in the sun.

How to claim

Send us photos of the fault on WhatsApp with your order number and a line about what happened. We tell you the same day whether it is a warranty claim and, if it is, we arrange the courier to collect the item from you. The brand or its distributor inspects it and repairs or replaces it; if neither is possible, we refund it. We keep you posted on WhatsApp throughout, and a claim on an item we agree is faulty costs you nothing in courier charges.

Keep the box and the invoice until you are sure the item is right. Both make a claim quicker, though we can still find your order from your phone number.

Helmet certification

We only claim the certifications that are printed on the helmet itself by its maker, such as a DOT or ECE marking on the shell or strap. Each helmet's product page states what it carries. Some of the helmets we sell carry no certification mark at all, and the product page says so plainly rather than hiding it; we never add stickers of our own.

A certification is the maker's claim about the helmet as built. It is not a warranty from us, and it does not change the rule above: a helmet that has taken an impact is not covered.

Changed your mind instead?

If the item is fine but the size or the choice is wrong, that is a return, not a warranty claim: unused items with the tags on go back within seven days of delivery. The details are on the shipping & returns page.
