Our verdict

The United US 70 is Rs 114,000 (from 11 April 2026) and the Road Prince RP 70 is Rs 111,000 (from 1 October 2026). Both quote 78cc engines, 4-speed gearboxes, kick start and drum brakes.

Road Prince publishes more figures: a 9.5-litre tank, 80 kg dry weight and a 1,235 mm wheelbase, plus a 65 km/l claim. United lists an 8.5-litre tank. PakWheels lists 50 km/l for the United and 45 km/l for the Road Prince, neither from testing.

United has the larger national presence, which helps with service and resale in most cities. Road Prince is Rs 3,000 cheaper. Buy whichever has the better dealer near you.

Specs side by side

A value is marked only where better is clear-cut — a lower price, more cc, a bigger tank, more claimed km/l, more ground clearance, a higher rating, disc over drum, self start over kick — and only when the gap is big enough for a rider to notice. Differences too small to feel, like a cc or two or a tenth of a rating point, are left unmarked. “—” means the figure is not published.
