Quick answer: As of 23 October 2026, a motorcycle battery in Pakistan costs about Rs 1,500–2,600 for the small 12V battery a kick-start CD 70 or CG 125 uses (Volta, AGS, Osaka or Atlas Honda genuine), Rs 3,000–5,000 for a 12V 5Ah battery for a self-start bike, and Rs 3,800–6,800 for a 12V 7Ah battery for a 150cc bike such as the CB 150F. A sealed gel or AGM version of the same size costs roughly twice the acid one.
The cheapest battery that fits is rarely the best buy: what matters is that the capacity (Ah), the terminal side and the box size match the battery that came out of your bike.
Every price below was seen on the page linked next to it on 23 October 2026. Battery prices move with lead prices and stock, so treat this as a snapshot. Bike Markaz does not sell batteries; we sell the self-start relay for the CG 125 and LED lights, and we explain below when those matter to the battery.
Key takeaways
- CD 70 battery price: Rs 1,500–2,850 for the small 12V acid or dry battery; sellers list 2.5Ah and 3Ah units for it.
- Honda 125 battery price: the kick-start CG 125 takes the same small battery as the CD 70; the CG 125 self-start needs a bigger self-start battery, which sellers price at Rs 3,000–5,000 (5Ah class).
- 12V 7Ah battery price in Pakistan: Rs 3,800–6,800, from an unbranded dry battery to a branded sealed AGM.
- Read the old battery's label (volts, Ah, terminal positions, size) before you buy. That decides the fit, not the bike's name on a listing.
- Lithium packs and "battery capacitors" are sold for kick-start bikes only; the sellers themselves say they are not for self-start bikes.

Motorcycle Battery Price in Pakistan by Size (3Ah, 5Ah, 7Ah)
Bike batteries in Pakistan are sold by capacity first and brand second. Shops use the makers' size codes ("Super 4", "Supreme 6", "Super 8"); Osaka's own Daraz listings pair them with capacities: the Super 4 and Supreme 4 are 12V 3Ah, the Supreme 6 is 12V 5Ah and the Supreme 8 is 12V 7Ah, with "Super" the acid-charged battery and "Supreme" the sealed (VRLA) one. Other brands use similar codes, but where a listing gives no capacity, the table below says "not stated" rather than assume it.

Where these numbers come from: the Imtiaz Autos rows are its battery collection as listed on 23 October 2026; the Daraz rows are the Daraz search for motorcycle batteries and Osaka motorcycle batteries on the same day. "Listed at" is the struck-through figure the seller shows; on Daraz that figure is set by the seller and is often not a price anyone paid. Where a listing does not state the capacity we say so rather than guess it.
What the extra money buys: at the same capacity, a sealed gel or AGM battery (VRLA, "maintenance free") costs roughly double an acid one. It never needs distilled water, does not leak acid onto the frame if the bike falls, and usually holds its charge longer when the bike stands. An acid battery is cheaper and works fine if someone checks the water level every month or two.
CD 70 Battery Price
The CD 70 battery price in Pakistan is about Rs 1,500–2,850 for a new 12V battery, as of 23 October 2026: Rs 1,500 for a Volta Super 4 or an unbranded "70cc" battery, about Rs 1,900–2,200 for a Volta Supreme 4, an AGS 2.5Ah, a Crest 2.5Ah or an Osaka "CD 70 + 125", Rs 2,849 for a DENEL 2.5Ah gel, and Rs 1,999–2,599 for a pack sold as the Atlas Honda genuine battery.
The CD 70 is kick-start only, so its battery does not have to turn the engine over. It runs the horn, the indicators, the brake light and the neutral light; on most CD 70s the headlight runs straight from the generator, which is why it dims at idle. That is why such a small battery is enough, and why a cheap one can last as long as an expensive one on this bike. Atlas Honda's own CD 70 page warns in its warranty terms against damage from overfilling the battery with distilled water, so the stock battery is the refillable acid type.
For a Honda CD 70 battery price, the choices are:
- Volta or unbranded acid battery, about Rs 1,500. Fine if you will top up the water.
- AGS 2.5Ah or Crest 2.5Ah sealed, about Rs 2,000–2,100, or a DENEL gel at Rs 2,849. Crest and DENEL are sealed, so there is no water to check; the AGS listing includes a six-month replacement warranty.
- "Atlas Honda genuine", Rs 1,999–2,599 on Daraz. These are sold by third-party sellers, not by Atlas Honda, so judge them by the seller's ratings and the seal on the box.
The same small battery fits most 70cc bikes in Pakistan (United, Road Prince, Super Power, Unique), because they copy the CD 70's electrics. Check the terminal positions against your old battery anyway; a battery with the terminals on the wrong side will not reach the leads.
Honda 125 Battery Price (CG 125 Kick and Self-Start)
Kick-start CG 125: it takes the same class of small 12V battery as the CD 70, so the Honda 125 battery price for the kick model is the same Rs 1,500–2,600. Several of the listings above are sold as fitting both ("Osaka battery for Honda CD 70 + 125", "Atlas Honda battery all models CD70, CG125, Pridor").
CG 125 self-start: a battery that has to crank the engine needs more capacity, and sellers market 5Ah-class batteries for self-start commuters. Expect Rs 3,000–5,000 for a Honda 125 self-start battery (a Super 6 at Rs 3,000, an Active 12V 5Ah at Rs 3,500, a Volta Supreme 6 at Rs 3,600, a dry 12V 5Ah at Rs 4,058–4,896). Atlas Honda's CG 125 self-start page does not list the battery size, so take the Ah figure off your old battery's label before you buy.
If your self-start CG 125 clicks but will not crank, test the battery first (a charged 12V battery reads about 12.6V at rest on a meter). If it is healthy, the next suspect is the starter relay; we sell the self-start relay for the Honda CG 125 for Rs 950. The Honda CG 125 self-start page has the bike's full specs, and our Honda CG 125 owner's guide covers what the bike itself costs.
12V 7Ah Battery Price for CB 150F, GR 150, GS 150 and YBR 125G
The bigger self-start bikes (Honda CB 150F and CG 150, Suzuki GS 150 and GR 150, Yamaha YBR 125G) carry a larger battery than a 70cc bike. Neither Atlas Honda's CB 150F page nor Suzuki's GS 150 page lists the battery capacity. Sellers list 12V 7Ah dry batteries (type 12N7L-BS / 12N7A-BS) for the CB 150F, YBR 125G and GR 150, and 5Ah (12N5A-BS) units for the GD 110S; Osaka describes its Supreme 8 (12V 7Ah) as suiting bikes "from 100cc to 225cc". Those are seller claims, so the label on your old battery is still the guide that counts.
The 12V 7Ah battery price in Pakistan on 23 October 2026:
- RaptorX dry 7Ah: Rs 3,799 (Daraz, listed at Rs 4,500).
- Osaka Super 8: Rs 4,000 (Imtiaz Autos).
- Supreme 8 dry: Rs 4,400 (Imtiaz Autos).
- Unbranded 12V 7Ah: Rs 5,500 (Imtiaz Autos).
- Osaka Supreme 8 AGM: Rs 5,999 (Daraz).
- ALH dry 7Ah: Rs 6,499–6,789 (Daraz, two listings).
A bike battery is not a UPS battery: a "12V 7Ah" sealed battery made for an alarm or a UPS may share the number but not the terminals, the size or the vibration tolerance. Buy one labelled for motorcycles.
For the bikes themselves, see our Suzuki GS 150 buyer's guide and the Honda CB 150F buyer's guide.
Bike Dry Battery vs Acid vs Lithium: Osaka, AGS, Volta and Exide Compared

"Bike dry battery" in Pakistan means two different things, so ask which one the seller means:
- A sealed VRLA battery (gel or AGM) that never needs water. This is what most branded listings mean.
- An acid battery sold "dry-charged", with the acid in a separate bottle that the shop pours in when you buy it. It is a normal acid battery once filled.
| Type | Price for a 70cc size | Needs water? | Good for | Watch out for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Acid (refillable) | Rs 1,500–2,500 | Yes, every month or two | Kick-start bikes, tight budgets | Acid spill on the frame; dies early if run dry |
| Sealed gel / AGM ("dry") | Rs 1,900–4,500 | No | Riders who never open the side cover | Costs more; must be charged at the right voltage |
| Lithium pack | Rs 2,000–2,300 (4–6Ah) | No | Kick-start bikes only, per the sellers | Unbranded cells; the sellers say "not for self start" |
| "Battery capacitor" | Rs 198–249 | No | Replaces the battery on a kick bike so the horn and indicators work | Stores almost no energy; nothing for a self-start |
Brands you will see: Osaka, AGS and Volta are the names that came up most often in the listings we checked, alongside smaller labels (Active, Crest, DENEL, RaptorX, ALH). A Daraz search for an Exide motorcycle battery on 23 October 2026 returned only Exide's car, UPS and deep-cycle batteries. The "Atlas Honda genuine" packs on Daraz come from third-party sellers. We have not tested any of these brands ourselves, so we are not ranking them; the honest test is the warranty (AGS's six months is printed on its listing) and the date code on the box, because a battery that has sat in a warehouse for a year starts life half dead.
Lithium: the two lithium packs we found (a 12V 6Ah at Rs 2,305 and a 12V 4Ah at Rs 1,999) are both sold for kick-start bikes, and one says outright "not for self start". A bike's charging system is built for a lead-acid battery, and an unbranded lithium pack without a proper management board is not something we would fit. If you want one, buy from a seller who states the battery management system and the charging voltage.
How Long a Bike Battery Lasts, and How to Charge It
Most commuter bike batteries in Pakistan are replaced after about two to three years; one Daraz seller advertises "life almost 2.5 year" for its 5Ah battery. Heat is the main killer: a Karachi or Multan summer boils the water out of an acid battery, and a bike that stands for weeks with an alarm or a tracker on it flattens even a new one.

Signs your battery is going:
- The horn sounds weak and the indicators blink slowly with the engine off.
- A self-start bike clicks or turns over slowly in the morning.
- A multimeter reads below about 12.4V at rest, or the voltage drops sharply when you press the horn.
- An acid battery's plates show white crust, or the case is swollen.
Keeping it alive:
- Acid battery: top up with distilled water only (never tap water or acid) to the upper line, and do not overfill; Atlas Honda's warranty terms specifically exclude damage from overfilling.
- Long parking: disconnect the negative lead if the bike will stand for more than two weeks.
- Charging: if a bike is ridden daily, its own charging system keeps the battery full. A flat battery can be recharged at any battery or auto-electrician shop; a slow charge is kinder to it than a fast one. We have not price-checked charging or home chargers.
- Loose terminals look like a dead battery. Tighten and clean them before you buy a new one.
Fitting an LED Headlight: Does It Drain the Battery?
It depends on how it is wired, not on the bulb. On a CD 70 or CG 125 the headlight usually runs from the generator's AC lighting coil, not from the battery, so a plain LED bulb swap does not touch the battery at all. The battery only starts to suffer when someone rewires the headlight to run from the battery (a "DC conversion") to stop the LED flickering at idle, or adds extra fog lights on the battery circuit.
A small 70cc battery is there to run the horn, the indicators and the brake light. Feed a 20–40W light from it at idle in traffic and it will run flat. If you want a steady LED, a proper regulator-rectifier conversion by an auto electrician is the clean way; our bike LED light price guide explains the three wiring options in detail.
LED bulbs we sell, all rated 12V DC: the LIU HJG M6 Plus LED headlight bulb for Rs 1,350 and the Zoom X LED tail light for the CG 125 for Rs 1,600. An LED tail and brake light draws less than the filament bulb it replaces, so it eases the load on a small battery rather than adding to it. Browse the rest on our lights and indicators shelf.
Where to Buy a Motorcycle Battery in Pakistan
- A local battery shop or auto electrician: the simplest choice, because they fill an acid battery on the spot, test your old one and take it back for scrap value. Ask for the date code.
- Daraz: the widest choice and the lowest prices for sealed batteries; most listings are sealed or dry-charged rather than filled acid batteries. Check the seller's rating and whether the warranty is the seller's or the brand's.
- Online parts stores such as Imtiaz Autos list prices openly, which makes them a good benchmark even if you buy locally.
Bike Markaz does not sell batteries. For the parts around it, see our bike spare parts guide, and for tyres, our bike tyre price guide.
How We Researched This Guide
- Prices: checked on 23 October 2026 on Imtiaz Autos and Daraz Pakistan (searches linked above). Struck-through "listed at" figures are the sellers' own.
- Capacities: from the listings themselves. Where a listing gave no Ah figure, the table says so. Atlas Honda's CD 70, CG 125 self-start and CB 150F pages list no battery size (checked 23 October 2026), and Suzuki's GS 150 page has no spec table.
- What we did not do: we did not test any battery, and we did not price-check chargers or charging at a shop.
Prices are approximate and change with lead prices and stock.
FAQs: Motorcycle Battery Price in Pakistan
What is the motorcycle battery price in Pakistan?
As of 23 October 2026, a motorcycle battery in Pakistan costs about Rs 1,500 to Rs 2,600 for the small 12V battery used by kick-start 70cc and 125cc bikes, Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 for a 12V 5Ah self-start battery, and Rs 3,800 to Rs 6,800 for a 12V 7Ah battery. Sealed gel or AGM batteries cost more than acid ones of the same size.
What is the CD 70 battery price?
A new CD 70 battery costs about Rs 1,500 for a Volta Super 4 or an unbranded 70cc battery, about Rs 1,900 to Rs 2,850 for a Volta Supreme 4, AGS, Crest, Osaka or DENEL gel battery, and Rs 1,999 to Rs 2,599 for a pack sold on Daraz as the Atlas Honda genuine battery. Prices were checked on 23 October 2026.
Which battery fits the Honda CG 125 self-start?
The self-start CG 125 needs a bigger battery than the kick-start model because it cranks the engine. Sellers market 12V 5Ah-class batteries for self-start commuters at about Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000. Atlas Honda does not list the size on its website, so copy the Ah rating, terminal side and size from your old battery's label.
What is the 12V 7Ah battery price in Pakistan?
On 23 October 2026 a 12V 7Ah motorcycle battery cost Rs 3,799 for a RaptorX dry battery, Rs 4,000 for an Osaka Super 8, Rs 4,400 for a Supreme 8 dry battery, Rs 5,500 for an unbranded 12V 7Ah, Rs 5,999 for an Osaka Supreme 8 AGM and Rs 6,499 to Rs 6,789 for an ALH dry battery. Buy one made for motorcycles, not a UPS battery with the same rating.
Is a dry battery better than an acid battery for a bike?
A sealed dry (gel or AGM) battery needs no water, cannot spill acid and usually holds its charge longer, but it costs roughly twice as much as an acid battery of the same size. On a kick-start CD 70 that is ridden daily, a well-maintained acid battery works just as well.
Can I use a lithium battery in my motorcycle?
The lithium packs sold in Pakistan are marketed for kick-start bikes, and one seller states they are not for self-start bikes. A bike's charging system is designed for lead-acid batteries, so only fit a lithium pack that states its battery management system and charging voltage.
How long does a motorcycle battery last in Pakistan?
Most commuter bike batteries are replaced after about two to three years. Summer heat, letting an acid battery run low on water, overfilling it, and leaving the bike parked for weeks all shorten its life.
Does an LED headlight drain the bike battery?
Not by itself. On a CD 70 or CG 125 the headlight usually runs from the generator, not the battery. It only drains the battery if the headlight or extra fog lights are rewired to run from the battery circuit.
Does Bike Markaz sell motorcycle batteries?
No. Bike Markaz does not sell batteries. We sell the self-start relay for the Honda CG 125 for Rs 950 and 12V LED headlight bulbs and tail lights, with cash on delivery across Pakistan.
Parts and Lights at Bike Markaz
We do not sell batteries, but we do sell the parts that most often get blamed on one: the CG 125 self-start relay and 12V LED lights on our lights and indicators shelf, with nationwide courier delivery and cash on delivery.
